All items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 days for us to create your perfect gift.
If we encounter and unexpected delays we will always keep you updated.
Once your order has been posted we will send you a notification.
Returns are accepted if the order arrives damaged, or if the quality is not to our highest standard.
Please remember that our designs are dependant of the quality of the photos that you send through with your order. If we feel that the image quality is not right for your order we will notify you and will hold the design process until we receive a replacement image.
